It's been a mixed summer weatherise, but there has been time to get out and about, meet friends and enjoy the out of doors.
Congratulations to HG who gained the grades she needs for her chosen Uni Course in Bangor. We will be sorry to lose you, but are sure you'll have a successful time in your new adventure.
Congratulations to RG on her GCSE results, brilliant in Science and Catering. As you are now 16 you will be just the person we need to help out at Guide Camps...
Now that we are allowed to meet up outdoors we headed for the beach one sunny afternoon and build the city of Atlantis on a stretch of sand. The name was chosen because the sand was actually too wet and the structure kept subsiding. Ice creams and a chat made for a relaxing time.
We are waiting to plan the next meet up until everyone is back at school/college and knows how their timetable is going. In the meantime, there is Zoom.
Sadly we couldn't go to Wellies and Wristbands this year, but we can look forward to next year. Did anyone watch the You Tube show? The link is on the button if you'd like to catch up. I hope that you made some progress in your Festival Goer Badge, and enjoyed making the paper planes and the craft. Send in the photos!
